-Creating a new system for human beings and environment-

From Theoretical systems to Regional Planning

Regional planning regulates the interaction of human beings with nature. It reaches down to the details of people's daily life and, while it expresses our perception of the environment, it alsoinfluences our attitude toward nature. In recent years, regional planning has emerged as a very important instrument to address both environmental and socio-economic problems, because it requires a global and interdisciplinary approach.

From rural areas to small towns, regional and settlement planning at NIT aims at a low impact on the environment. It involves the use and enhancement of the natural ecosystems and careful consideration of the cycles of energy and substance.

In order to address both the present problems and those expected to arise in the future, we present to the communities, with the help of the local population, plans that integrate the social, economic, and ecological aspects of community life.
